SPOOGE

a social-first world for
a new kind of SPF

SEEN developed a social strategy and content direction for SPOOGE, translating the brand’s irreverent identity into a more distinct and recognizable presence across social. The work began with audience, category and competitor research to define the brand’s content pillars, platform strategy and creative opportunities.

From there, we brought the strategy to life through original social concepts, short-form video, graphic content and campaign thinking designed to make the brand feel as bold and culturally relevant on social as it did on the shelf.

SOCIAL Strategy

We developed a social strategy designed to turn SPOOGE’s bold brand identity into a distinct, recognizable presence built for Gen Z. Through audience and competitor research, we defined the role of each platform, established core content pillars and shaped a creative direction that balanced education, lifestyle, community and product storytelling. The result was a clear framework for how SPOOGE could show up consistently while still leaving room to react to culture, trends and conversation.

SOCIAL-FIRST CONTENT

With the strategy in place, we translated SPOOGE’s content pillars into social-first creative designed to educate, entertain and keep the product connected to culture. From short-form video and product education to graphic-led storytelling and seasonal lifestyle content, each piece was created with a clear role in the larger content system—while giving the brand enough variety to stay playful, relevant and recognizable.

Mock Campaign

THE OG SUMMER

Building on the social strategy developed for SPOOGE, I created a mock summer campaign to explore how the brand’s playful identity could translate into a larger, more cohesive visual world. I developed the campaign concept and creative direction around the nostalgia of a perfect pool day - hard summer sun, orange-and-white stripes, icy drinks, wired headphones and the things you throw in your bag on the way out the door.

The creative direction places SPOOGE inside the visual language of a nostalgic pool day, using familiar summer rituals and objects to build a world around the product. Across each execution, the SPF becomes something you reach for, throw in your bag and keep beside you—not something that interrupts the fun.
